This texture was created as part of an art test sample map.

The plan was to create a texture that looked, dirty, cracked and damp, to cover the walls of an abandoned building. Due to the texture forming part of a wall, it does not tile vertically, only horizontally, however, the variation (pictured below) does tile in all directons.

Finer details such as cracks and peeling are enhanced through the normal map.
